Investing in real estate is never without risk. When asked if a particular investment seems worthwhile, my typical response is, “It depends.” For the right price, any investment would make sense. That is not meant to sound flippant. I aim to come up with an accurate price range that makes sense. With that estimate, my negotiation with the seller will hopefully succeed.
